1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AvviBill ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including agency owners, managers, and contractors.

2. Description of Service

AvviBill is a SaaS platform that helps agencies manage clients, contractors, contracts, timesheets, invoices, and payouts. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Plans & Billing

AvviBill offers multiple subscription plans (Lite, Pro, Max) with varying usage limits and features. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees.

• The Lite plan is free and has usage limits on invoices, payouts, contractors, and managers.
• Paid plans are billed on a monthly or yearly basis depending on your selection.
• Plan limits are enforced automatically. Exceeding limits may require an upgrade.
• You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Abuse, harass, or threaten other users of the Service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into AvviBill (client records, contractor details, invoices, etc.). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AvviBill and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
