Refund Policy

No Returns or Refunds
All sales on AvviBill are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or credits for any subscription payments made. By subscribing to a paid plan, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
1. Subscription Payments
All subscription fees (monthly or yearly) are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be reversed, prorated, or credited, regardless of usage or cancellation timing.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or downgrade your subscription at any time from the Billing & Plans section of your dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- Your paid plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
- Your account will be downgraded to the Lite (free) plan at the end of the billing period.
- No partial or prorated refund will be issued for the remaining time in the billing period.
3. Free Lite Plan
We strongly encourage new users to start with the free Lite plan to evaluate the platform before committing to a paid subscription. The Lite plan allows you to manage up to 3 contractors, 1 manager, and create 50 invoices per month at no cost.
4. Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances (e.g., duplicate charges due to a technical error), please contact our support team at support@avvibill.com. We will review such cases individually, but we are not obligated to issue refunds.
5. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
